Starting at historic Jackson Square, the race wound its way from the French Quarter to the finish at City Park outside of Tad Gormley stadium.

New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton priot to the race stated he wanted to beat the Easter Bunny in the race like he did last year.  This slideshow presentation shows the Easter Bunny hopping to the finish line with gobs of time in hand to beat Mr. Payton who came in 20 plus minutes later.  You can also see him in page 2.

Coach Sean Payton did beat the other Easter Bunny in the race.  The coach beat that easter bunny by 6 mintues -- 63 minutes vs 69.
