The traditional toasts of each float were made at Gallier Hall. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, Senator Mary Landrieu, Senator David Vitter, and outgoing New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin of Da Mayor in Your Pocket fame were on hand.  Mayor Elect Mitch Landrieu (pictured below)

rode in the old time fire truck that led the parade through the streets of New Orleans.

Some Saints fans were dressed as women along the parade route (pic below).

They were keeping the new tradition alive to honor Buddy D. The word on the street was the NOPD was going to make sure it was a no exposed breats affair.  I guess a few of New Orleans' finest missed the memo.  Feets don't fail me now!
