That Morning Show on E! on Hiatus

There was a rotation of Chase-it hosts with Camen Palumbo, Scott Cushing and Sandra Sanchez. A late comer to the Chase It stable was Keri Murphy.

 

iBC or Intertainment Broadcasting Corporation launched That Morning Show.  There is nothing on their web site as to the status of That Morning Show.  The only news related to the show are two entries from September.

It was unclear when the show actually taped. There were no windows in the studio to give you a sense of time and  if it were live then the show would kick off at 3 am on the west coast.  They did have in studio guests. I can't imagine any guests though arriving at the studio at 3 in the morning to film a segment.   They did have in the field correspondents that filmed a segment, but they did not interact back to the studio with any of the hosts of That Morning Show.

That Morning Show was filmed live to tape.  This means that the show you were viewing that day actually took place earlier -- the day before.

The CHASEit spots were  live.  These segments were high tech since they used green screens and the casual viewer would not know it wasn't a real set they were viewing.  I initially wondered how long it would take them to build and take down the different sets since every 15 minutes had a different gift card sponsor.  The CHASEit host appeared to be in one studio to talk about the merits of that paritcular retailer or e-tailer and then right before the 90 second Chase It started the Chase it logo appeared on screen and the host appeared to walk into another studio since it was a different setting.

I think that part of the show was recycled and I am not talking about the best of that aired on the weekends.  I was up early on a weekday and saw a female guest with Mark Long  in the first hour and saw her again in the secound hour with the same host discussing the same thing word for word.

Intertainment Broadcasting Corporation purchased the three hour block from E! Their marketing pitch was they were better than regular advertising since traditional advertising is hoping to bring people to your store or web commerce site and they were actaully bringing people to your direct point of sale -- the cash register.
