It is part of what they bill as Aquaventure a 63 acre waterscape.  See a rare first person view of the slide as you are taken down the dark belly of the Power Tower. This slide is accessible from the river and riding up the escalator conveyor belt or by climbing up the Power Tower. The end of the slide takes you back to the river.
