The Venetian is one of the largest five star hotels in the world. Every room is a suite and the smallest size suite is a spacious 650 square feet. There are 3 flat screen TVs in the smallest size suite. One in the den, another in the bedroom, and one in the bathroom.

This suite provides a sunken living room with elegant décor, two tables, a desk, L shaped sofa, high-speed Internet, dual-line phones, a fax machine, and a safe. During my stay the fax wasn't working for some reason so I had to go to the lobby to retrieve some faxes.

The bathroom is roomy as well. There is a separate shower, bathtub, two sinks, a vanity table, and a private WC.

We also got a nice view of one of the many pools there and of Las Vegas Blvd. This is one of the higher priced hotels, but they seem to run specials from time to time. You can sign up for deal alerts at www.venetian.com. They have been running a beat the heat deals for the summer the last few years and the smallest suite prices run around $105.00 a night. Typically the email specials are for $159-$179 a night and sometimes they include a dining or spa credit.
